Tiramisu with biscuits

180 g of biscuits
10 cl of strong coffee
4 eggs
50 g of sugar
250 g of mascarpone

Preparation

FOR TIRAMISU WITH BISCUITS

1. Moisten the biscuits one by one to cover the bottom of the dish or ramekins. 
2. Separate the whites from the egg yolks. 
3. In a bowl, whisk the yolks and sugar until the mixture is white. Add the mascarpone and continue mixing until you have a smooth preparation. 
4. Beat the egg whites and add them to the mixture. 
5. Spread a first layer of cream in the ramekins. 
6. Cover with a second layer of speculoos soaked in the coffee. Crumble them a little if necessary in order to have a regular thickness. 
7. Cover with remaining cream. For a prettier look, use a plain 6mm diameter socket pocket. 
8. Book 2 hours cool.
9. When serving, powder cocoa.

Fluffy with chestnut cream

Moelleux à la crème de marron : 500g crème de marron 100g de beurre 4 oeufs four 150°c 45 min.

Ingredients

Number of persons 6

500 g brown creams

100 g of butter

4 eggs

Preparation 

TOTAL TIME: 55 MIN
Preparation:  10 min
Cooking time: 45 min

Step 1
Melt the butter and mix with the cream of brown with the 4 egg yolks.

2nd step
Beat the egg whites and incorporate them.

Step 3
Put in the oven 150 ° C for 45 min. That's all !

Amaretti with brown cream

Italian Amaretti

Ingredients

210 g of almond powder
3 tablespoons of brown cream
2 egg whites
120 g icing sugar

Instructions

In a salad bowl, mix together the almond powder and the icing sugar.

Add the egg whites.

Add the cream of brown.Filmer and place in the fridge for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 180 C. Moisten your hands to form the balls easily (I used orange blossom but you can use water simply).

Form balls the size of a walnut, flatten slightly and roll in icing sugar.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for about 15 minutes to watch the cooking from 13 minutes it is not necessary that it cooks too much otherwise the Amaretti harden while cooling.

Let cool before eating.

Fluffy Amaretti biscuits with a good taste of brown cream, I salivated just by seeing the recipe in my dear Assou blog very nice greedy Assia blog that you all know, who is precisely the godmother of our game this month- who chose the almond theme.

These Italian biscuits crunch on the surface and soft inside are an explosion of flavor in the mouth. I moistened my hands with orange blossom water to perfume them even more, and this cream of brown, my mum loves it  🙂

I find that Amaretti resemble meadows our Algerian cakes the ghribia or Montecados . They will be welcome for a snack or an afternoon with friends over a good coffee or a mint tea.
