French fries (North American English), chips (British English), finger chips (Indian English), or French-fried potatoes are batonnet or allumette-cut deep-fried potatoes. Tiramisu with biscuits 180 g of biscuits 10 cl of strong coffee 4 eggs 50 g of sugar 250 g of mascarpone Preparation FOR TIRAMISU WITH BISCUITS 1. Moisten the biscuits one by one to cover the bottom of the dish or ramekins.  2. Separate the whites from the egg yolks.  3. In a bowl, whisk the yolks and sugar until the mixture is white. Add the mascarpone and continue mixing until you have a smooth preparation.  4. Beat the egg whites and add them to the mixture.  5. Spread a first layer of cream in the ramekins.  6. Chocolate tart, caramel and mascarpone Preparation time: 45 minutes  Cooking time: 45 minutes  Ingredients (for 8 people):  - 1 homemade shortbread  - 250 g mascarpone  - 200 g sugar  - 200 g pastry chocolate  - 1 tablespoon strong coffee  - 75 g salted butter Preparation:  1- Prepare the shortbread dough, and cook it to a blank. Let cool.  2- Prepare the chocolate ganache, melting in a saucepan over very low heat (or in a bain-marie) the chocolate with 200 g of mascarpone and the tablespoon of strong coffee.
